His hospital-related projects include Penang Hospital Upgrading Works, Ambulatory Care Centre at HKL, Desa ParkCity Hospital, Hospital Kuala Lipis, and the Obstetrics and Neonatology Ward at Hospital Putrajaya.

His expertise lies in the detailed and rigorous design of mechanical systems, particularly for healthcare environments.

She is a Professional Engineer in the Electrical Engineering discipline. She graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.

She has led and contributed to ultra-tall buildings, high-rise offices, hotels, residential developments, retail malls, mixed-use developments, government projects, and technical due diligence assignments. Her project experience includes Merdeka 118 Tower and KL Eco City.

She specialises in the detailed design and meticulous planning of electrical systems, ensuring coordination, compliance, and constructability across complex developments.

Ir Kho San Wei is a Professional Engineer with a Practising Certificate in Mechanical Engineering. He graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

He has led and contributed to hotel, residential, retail mall, mixed-use developments, fit-out and renovation works, and technical due diligence projects. His project experience includes Tropicana Gardens Mall.
